This article offers a fragmentary, partial history of the successes and challenges Cree Eeyou Istchee have encountered as they’ve developed capacity to offer their region communities range traditional, analogue, digital services through development maintenance different yet interconnected networks. Using social construction technology (SCOT) shaping (SST) theories framework, these dispatches glimpse complexity layeredness two networks they come into contact and/or overlap with those extractive colonialism, Canadian settler policies, traditional law policy.
